Securing a more equitable future for fishermen and their communities.

our story

Catch Together was founded on a belief that the people who know the ocean best should have a real stake in its future. Since 2017, we’ve partnered with community-based organizations to help fishermen secure access to local fisheries and keep that access rooted in their communities. Together, we’re advancing shared ownership models that build resilience, grow local economies, and ensure the next generation of ocean stewards can thrive.

OUR VALUES

We believe that…

Fishermen processing caught fish on a boat deck, wearing waterproof gear and gloves, with a fishing net and fish in the foreground.

The future of our oceans lies in our ability to work together.

Fishermen are vital to the future of coastal communities and ocean health, and real solutions come from the ground up.

Strong, well-run fishing businesses are built for the future — embracing growth, adaptability, and long-term success.

Healthy oceans and healthy coastal economies can not only coexist, but depend on each other.

Collaboration builds community resilience, creates a foundation of shared knowledge, and amplifies impact.

Coastal communities can create a more effective, affordable, and fair way to access fisheries, empowering fishermen to take responsibility for the future.
